West Pointe Gardens consists of an approximate 236 acre tract of land situated in San Antonio, Texas.  This site is a planned residential and commercial development that will consist of six residential phases and several commercial sites ranging from one to two acre pad sites.  The location is highly visible and is situated on the intersection of Spurs Ranch Road and Highway 90 West and is just seconds from Loop1604.  The entire subdivision has approximately 2,737 linear feet of frontage on Highway 90 which consists of a 22.31 and a 2.14 acre tracts of commercial property.  The population in the area has almost doubled in the past three years and is still growing extremely fast. 

The commercial tract has already been rezoned to C-3 for commercial use.  A major food chain is a high possibility due to the fact that it is currently surrounded by residential subdivisions.  The Infrastructure Services Department Public Works Division estimates that the mixed use development will create 15,267 average daily trips.

We are presently offering Phase I of West Pointe Gardens Subdivision that include a 20.21 and a 2.14 acre tract of commercial property and approximately 70 acres that consist of 183 residential lots.  We are looking for entrepreneurs and builders who are eager to share in the new growth of this fast growing community.

The average lots start at 55 X 110 ft.. Most of the lots are 60 X 110 ft. and 60 X 120 ft. and several larger premium lots are available.  Currently, there are 183 residential lots in Phase I available for immediate construction.  Engineering has commenced on Phase II.  

These lots are being reserved on a first come, first serve basis.  All residential homes of West Pointe Gardens are not required to pay city taxes.  The interest has been phenomenal and we hope to hear from you and see you in the very near future.

Loop 1604, Highway 90, and Marbach Road connect to the new extension of Spurs Ranch Road that runs through West Pointe Gardens Subdivision allowing even greater accessibility to major arteries Loop 410, Hwy 211, Loop 1604 to Hwy 90 that are within 2.5 miles of the subdivision.

Spurs Ranch Road will connect directly from Loop 1604 to Hwy 90 through Pulte's Hill Crest Subdivision on 1604 to Hwy 90 through West Pointe Gardens Subdivision.  The property is located within Medina Valley Independent School District.
